Auralink announces migration to Vidyo 2.2 software release

We are excited to announce Auralink’s migration to the Vidyo 2.2 software release. The new features have a beneficial impact on those using the Auralink solution. The transition will take place in the early morning of Friday October 5, 2012.

Enhanced Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) Improved audio performance when devices without built-in echo cancellation are used
Self Service Recording Auralink meeting hosts will be able to start, stop and pause recordings
Auralink Media Hub Auralink tenant groups will have the option to create video libraries

Q: Will users need to install a new Vidyo download?

A: Yes – as with previous version updates, users will be asked to download and install the new version.


Q: Will my account be charged for the new version downloads?

A: If previous versions of the Vidyo client were installed on the machine, there will be no charge for installing Vidyo version 2.2.


Q: Where can I get some technical support?

A: Auralink users are supported 24×5 via the Cenero Support Team. The Support Team can be reached via the Support Tab in Auralink or via 610-344-7007, Option 2.
