Plan and Pricing Notes
 
1. GB is gigabytes as determined by sum of size of files under protection as reported by your server(s).
 
2. For charging purposes, Gigabytes are rounded up to next whole number, per server. And there is a 5 GB minimum per server.
 
3. Customer can adjust and readjust Retention Period at will via the User Interface. When this occurs the PPG will automatically adjusted.
 
4. Monthly charge consists of the greater of the MMDC -OR- the PPG times the number of gigabytes under protection.
 
5. Charges begin 30 days from the date of this agreement or when the first server installation kit is ordered, whichever comes first.
 
6. The plan chosen is not a limit. Customer can exceed gigabytes chosen and will be charged for the overage at the PPG shown.

Managed Service, Support   — Included in price of service. Non-emergency support available during business hours. Emergency support available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
 
Online (across the Internet) Restores   — No Additional Charge. Unlimited, but subject to abuse control provisions included in the Service Level Agreement.
 
Network-Attached Storage (NAS) Restores   — $35 per GB per restore request for each GB of actual restored data, increased to the next full GB on a per-server basis, subject to a minimum charge of $500 per restore, plus applicable shipping costs. This charge includes a two-week rental of the NAS device, commencing upon date of shipment. An additional rental fee shall be charged to You in the event the furnished NAS device is not returned to LiveVault by the expiration of the two week rental period, at the flat rate of $400 for each additional 30 day period or portion thereof. LiveVault has no responsibility to arrange for return shipment.
 

 
Customer hereby orders from Distributor on the terms described in this Agreement.
This Agreement is a commitment to pay for the number of months indicated above. This Agreement has an Early Termination Fee. This Agreement automatically renews for sucessive one-year terms, unless Termination Notice is received within the stated number of days.

Submit Order
When you click the submit button, the sales office will prepare an End User Pricing Agreement with the information you entered above and then call you. This Agreement requires your signature. It will be emailed, faxed, or mailed to you for signature. When signature is obtained, the order will be placed.
